一次性餐具應(yīng)該如何規(guī)范生產(chǎn)操作?
為保障安 全以及包裝的衛(wèi)生,環(huán)保餐具在操作中應(yīng)按以下操作規(guī)程:
In order to ensure the safety and hygiene of packaging, the following operation procedures should be followed in the operation of environmental protection tableware:
1、一直保持包裝車間的密封、干燥與衛(wèi)生。
1. Always keep the packaging workshop sealed, dry and hygienic.
2、進(jìn)入到包裝車間的操作人員應(yīng)經(jīng)過兩次換衣,并嚴(yán)格消菌。

3、包裝車間整體人員須持有疾控單位簽發(fā)的健康證。

6、餐具在裝袋時(shí),溫度不得高于50度。

10、消菌以后的餐飲具應(yīng)表面光潔、沒油漬、無水漬、沒氣味、無泡沫、無不溶性類附著物,符合有關(guān)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

11、消菌以后的餐飲具應(yīng)立時(shí)放入到保潔柜密閉保存?zhèn)溆?,盛放消菌餐飲具的保潔柜要有顯明標(biāo)記,保潔柜應(yīng)當(dāng)定期進(jìn)行清洗,保持潔浄。

12、經(jīng)收縮后的成品,要求經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)員嚴(yán)格的驗(yàn)收,內(nèi)容主要包括餐具的配置:一般按五件套,如非規(guī)范包裝,在生產(chǎn)以前由車間主任向包裝車間下生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。裝袋質(zhì)量,包括外形是不是美觀,包裝膜是不是已密封,是否有破損。清洗消菌質(zhì)量,包裝中是不是有雜物或者油污,餐具是否光潔完好等。

13、驗(yàn)收合格,貼檢驗(yàn)合格的標(biāo)示,然后裝箱。
